(original: Shanghai Ek Chor General Machinery Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the SSB") is a Joint Venture established by four parties, as Shanghai Auto-mobile Stock Company, Shanghai Long-hua Industry Company, Japan Sanden Co., Ltd. and German Behr Co., Ltd.. There are four subordinated enterprises as Sanden (Shanghai) Automotive Air-conditioning Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Behr Thermal Systems Co., Ltd.. Not only the company is the largest plant in land specializ-ing in serial assemblies of car A/C system and compre-ssor, but also it has the abilities to develop car thermal system with integrated technique and supply whole set products for OEM.
